Dr. Dadkhah of EatWellGuru has more than 20 years of experience working with both adults and children in health and nutrition. She attended Colorado State University where she earned a Ph.D. in Nutrition. In addition to her educational background and training, Dr. Dadkhah also holds various certifications. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist as well as Board Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management, Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), and a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine.
Dr. Dadkhah has gained valuable work experience in a variety of settings, including a number of hospitals and outpatient clinics in Colorado, New York, and Washington, D.C. Her experience includes working with other researchers on various weight management and weight loss studies. Her track record also involves assisting thousands of clients of all ages and backgrounds with managing their weight and controlling chronic health conditions. Specifically, she uses her knowledge about nutrition to help children affected by weight concerns, diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
Dr. Dadkhah is deeply committed to providing the best quality care according to the most recent evidence-based guidelines. She makes it her business to stay abreast of recent research in the fields of health and nutrition and she incorporates new developments into her counseling. Her primary goal is to actively listen to the unique needs of each of her clients and develop a personalized plan of action that supports individual health objectives while considering their preferences and lifestyle. The ultimate satisfaction for Dr. Dadkhah comes from seeing the evolution that takes place in her clients as they take full responsibility for their health and wellness.
