It’s red alert day!
It maybe hard to believe, but we still have customers that like the warm tones verses the cool tones in their home environment. But, goodness this a beautiful sectional.
Made by Ethan Allen, our guys knew when they picked it up it was a quality piece of furniture.
The frame on this sofa is solid wood and every other detail is quality.
All cushions are firm but with just enough give to really relax and of course, they are two sided for double the wear factor. The upholstery is soft with just a hint of texture without ‘shading’ or as some may describe it, you can’t draw on it like microfiber.
It’s a 2/2 sectional which makes it a bit smaller than a traditional 3/2.
The color? It’s like a medium red glass of wine.
It just happens to go very nicely with the burgundy and gold rug below the dining table in the images above. The combination of the the sectional, dining table, server and area rug are Eclection’s version of RTG, except our version of rooms to go has a quality factor of “10”.

Bright, open, airy etagere.
Three, thick adjustable tempered glass shelves and a single light shining through from top to bottom.
Crisp white finish over carved detail at the bottom and top of the etagere.
These (as in we have two) can give the illusion of making low ceilings higher or rise to meet the challenge of what to do with your high ceilings.
Quality pieces to make a statement or bring a little light into a room during the longer evenings ahead.
Tidy teak desk for those who have a little work to do.
This is one of a few teak pieces we have to present to you.
Medium to small scale with a small bookcase built into the right side and a file drawer and two more drawers on the left side.

We usually do not sell standalone dining chairs, but we had a little extra room in the store this week.
Sold in pairs, maybe you’ll need these in a few weeks with the holidays moving onto the shelves at WM, HL and a few others.
If you’re concerned that they don’t match your decor and considering the guidelines released today for dining during the holidays includes distancing, no one will notice the difference because your guests will be sitting in another room anyway. 😉
Last post for this evening and what better way than a bedroom set that looks like it just drifted ashore at one of our nearby beaches.
This is a two tone set with dark grey frame and light, white washed grey inset panels in the Queen head board and drawers of the dresser and one night stand. The set also includes a mirror. Even the wood in this set has a course texture like driftwood except with a smooth finish.
Although warm tone sets are still the most sought after bedroom sets, sets like these are the right look for today’s newer homes.

It’s off-white and meant to be used and then wash away!
From top to bottom, this is a fun piece.
The first image is the top of the cabinet.
The second image is the drawer on the front of the cabinet.

Everyone can have their own seat with cup holders and storage between the seats.
All of us are spending more time at home, so why not be comfortable especially with the cooler months ahead.
This is a five piece set including two wall hugger recliners, two wedges with storage, loveseat in the middle. Originally over $4,000, it’s unfortunate the Palliser warranty does not transfer to their products if resold. But, it speaks to the confidence they have in their products since they began manufacturing furniture in 1944.
Save the delivery cost and take it home in pieces. But, don’t forget that we do offer delivery.
I am always challenged when we post pictures of slipcovered sofas for your consideration. But, for those of you who have them, you know they are meant to be comfortable and not starched like a dry cleaned and pressed dress shirt.
This one is made by Ethan Allen. It is a full size sofa and goodness, it is comfortable!
As you might expect from Ethan Allen, it is well-made and tailored as you note the zipper in the back of the sofa for easy removal.
The color is off-white it comes with two pillows. Not only will you want to sit on the sofa, you’re also want to sleep on it as well.
No rolled arms with this sofa, it’s straight up arms give it a transitional look for use in any environment.
Look for another slightly different style Pottery Barn slip-covered love seat later this evening.
These don’t last long in our store and they’re hard to find especially those that are exceptionally clean.

OK, I have to believe that with over 1900 persons out there in Facebook land, someone can take this unique dining set and finish the look.
The set includes six chairs all handpainted and signed by local artist Jonathan Taylor.
From the whimsical dental trim added on all sides below the seat to handpainted sea life and shells on the front and back of all chairs, it’s a set that just makes you feel happy!
The original owner did not want to detract from the chairs and decided to choose a base that although pleasant and it’s scaled properly to the chairs, someone who has a little creativity and an extra hour or two can paint it a color that’s more suited for the chairs. However, you may like it just as it is.
The beveled glass top is smaller than most tables which allows us to fit into a breakfast nook or sunroom.
All chairs are solid wood and the metal base of the table with it’s arched support and open basket detail give a bit of motion beneath the glass for all the sea creatures surrounding it.
Absolutely unique and only one and it is at Eclections!
Did you happen to catch the corner of this chair in the La-Z-Boy post this evening?
It’s small and lonely so we thought it deserved it’s own post.
The color is also celeron, but the pattern on the upholstery is fresh and current.
No arms, nicely rolled back and perfect for sitting or as an accent chair anywhere in your home.
The holidays are coming and like the middle part of this year,nit looks like we may be spending more time at home than we planned.
Maybe this will help to keep the love in your household while providing distance to anyone who needs it.
This sectional is made by La-Z-Boy. All back cushions are fixed and the seat cushions will flip for even wear.
It’s neutral color is cool celeron and the upholstery is oh-so-soft but not the kind you can draw on.
It separates into five pieces which makes it easy to move.

Think of this queen bedroom set as ‘Tommy Bahama’ lite!
This is a set that you might find in Bali where the sheers on the windows seem to move effortlessly in the breeze.
It’s not too heavy with it’s open and curved rattan headboard and low footboard.
The dresser sits slightly higher than a traditional one and features bronze tone hardware with wove pandan insets on all drawers.
As for the two night stands, they are open below with a single drawer up top.
It’s a nice set for a guest bedroom or a master bedroom that is relatively small and requires furniture that has less bulk and a more open appearance.

We’ll start our posts this week with a pretty cool chair that is styl’n with interesting upholstery and open, espresso stain curved wood arms.
It’s super comfortable and has a contemporary feel with upholstered sides that extend almost down to the floor.
We love when we receive new items for you, but it’s especially sweet when it complements one of the pieces we have in the store.

Two more post for the week......
Curio cabinets are not as popular as they once were in the past. But, there is still interest in the not-so plain vanilla ones. This is one.
Yes, it has an Asian influence. But, the simplicity of the lines in this cabinet along with burled wood and black frame are subtly striking.
The back of the cabinet is mirrored but not glaring because it is slightly tinted to maintain its distinctive appearance. The hardware is equally understated on the full length double front doors to access 5 glass shelves for whatever is special and needs to be on display in your life.
It looks tall but it is only 7’ tall with a trim side profile.
It sparkles in our entry but can be more subdued with adjustable dimmer.
Beautiful at night, beautiful during the day.

Solid piece of furniture that is practical, offers ample space for storage and to spread out when the laptop just doesn’t cut it and you’re shuffling hard copies rather than soft.
When you’re tired of looking at the computer screen, move the technology and paperwork aside and set your sights on the beautiful surface underneath the controlled chaos called “work”. It may actually inspire you to clear the surface at the end of your day to see the detail from one end to the other.
The exterior of the desk is equally beautiful. Unfortunately, you may have to get up and stretch your legs to see the shutter detail with paneled front.
