Yet another Bed Bug Inspection where the resident had to be told to de-clutter and clean up before the service could be done with at least some hope it would be effective. This is the only occupied row home on this block. Infested with Mice, Roaches and Bed Bugs. Really how does someone live like this? Let alone the alcoholics memorial out front on the sidewalk. Please get me out of here!

I want to give a big thanks to our technician today, Victor Sanzo. While doing our annual inspection, he saw that the drain at the bottom of our basement stairs was blocked by leaves. Knowing that a heavy rain was on the way, he cleared them out for us. His act of kindness was much appreciated as my husband just recently got out of the hospital and is home recovering. The last thing on our minds was clearing the drain. Many thanks.

Another townhouse subdivision another rat problem. The littlest things a resident can change can deter this problem from occurring. If you live next to a resident that happens to engage in these habits offer to help and educate them. This becomes neighborhood wide. You can be the cleanest and most conscious homeowner and yet with neighbors like this you will have rat issues.

It was a good day catching three squirrels in two traps. I would love to catch that in action. Two squirrels in the same trap. At least they can keep each other company until they are released. Nice work Nova.

First night set! Picked up this girl that was living under a ground level porch. Residents indicated she was getting to comfortable around them while they were out on the porch. Nice work Nova!
