We were recently given the opportunity to address some onedrive issues for a customer. They were having issues with their onedrive and syncing, plus the desktop apps were not working properly. After investigating and making recommendations- we changed the following for them:
1) Took all their files from the one user they were trying to login as and created a shared library.
2) Took some time to confirm that all data was properly migrated to the shared libary
3) Added each user's permissions to the library
4) Cleaned up and reinstalled the OneDrive app on each laptop and desktop.
Now whether at work or on the go- their whole office can work with the correct data in the correct folders with no confusion- and its increased their mobility in an every growing mobile world!

We received some great feedback after a phone system install recently. Our new client LOVED their new ability to use email transcriptions.
What does that mean? Well, with our system, you can have your voicemails emailed to you, and the voicemails transcribe into text! So if you receive a voicemail that says 'Thank you for your help' on the email with the attached voicemail it'll have that in text format so you'll already know whats on the voicemail.
