If you're not familiar with Hallandale genealogy, you wouldn't know that Eddie Hills and Sushi Thai Restaurant isn't named after the resident sushi master. The transition began in 1999 with a sale to new owners, Mr. Sarasern Mongkolsindhu, a Thailand native who's welknown for his expertise in Asian food specialities. Of the 140-plus items on the 13-page menu, most lean toward the Asian flavor. With the food of three cultures to choose from and a vast menu, it's hard not to find something you'll like at Eddie Hills.
