Eddie and his team are an anomaly in today's perception of customer service; A team of professionals who not only know what is best for their clients, but show it through their actions and their integrity.
My wife and I have had many financial "advisors" over the years, and I use the term in quotes because they didn't 'advise' worth a damn! They only sold us products, then we never heard from them unless WE called THEM. When we'd vet these other "advisors" we made it clear that while we weren't millionaires, we asked if they checked in on their clients with updates and suggestions on occasion. They always said "Yes. Of course we can/will."....only they never did.
The first time I met Eddie by myself, I KNEW he was different. I literally went home and said to my wife "You know when you talk to someone and your BS meter goes off the charts? Well, when talking to Eddie it went into the negative numbers!!" I am 100% serious when I say this. Not hyperbole. Eddie is the real deal and rare combination of sincerity, no BS, experience, knowledge (which is DIFFERENT than experience), care for his clients and FOLLOW UP! He literally called one day just to check in and give us an update of where our money was, and to discuss next steps. I was BLOWN AWAY!
His office team is equally impressive and they all set the bar VERY HIGH! I know there are lots of CAPS and effusive language in this review, but I really can't state it any more emphatically; They are truly outstanding and we feel very well taken care of now, thru our son's college years, and someday, our retirement...
