At Edge Body Omaha every day is something different! A new workout to challenge you and get you to where you want to be. We work on strength training and cardio to provide you with a well rounded exercise program. The average class length is about 45 minutes, some may be a little longer or shorter depending on the workout for that day. While the intent of the workouts is high-intensity, this may feel different for each person, as everything we do is modifiable for those of all fitness levels. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced fitness enthusiast, you will feel welcome and a part of our fit community!
