Today I dropped off some more and he said “ I am not angry on this diet! My aches are less, I have energy AND I lost 7 pounds in 8 days!”

Senior Rocco Tedesco will head to Indiana University-Bloomington in the fall. He has kept himself busy during the shutdown by working at his family’s catering company, Edibles Rex, in conjunction with Eastern Market, to provide boxed meals to Beaumont hospitals in the metro Detroit area.
Grateful to Rocco Tedesco and all the high school seniors, that spent the last 7 weeks making boxed meals for the Beaumont health care staff . ❤️

I just had to reach out and say thank you! I am a nurse at Beaumont Taylor and I have to say with working 5-6 12-16 hour days/ week right now I havent had time to really take care of me. such as packing a good hearty lunch. thank you for helping me and my coworkers stay healthy and happy through all of this!!

Plant based stuffed peppers with marinara sauce, brown rice , roasted veggies and Beyond Italian plant based crumbles ! SO GOOD 😊
