As daily routines change to help slow the spread of COVID-19 we are working to find convenient ways to service your insurance needs while keeping the health of our customers and employees a top priority.
Beginning today, March 17, 2020, our agency is making a temporary change in the way we meet with clients. Our agents will be available during normal business hours over the phone, email and text to service you. However, we will temporarily be unavailable to meet with customers face to face.
We are open for business and able to help with claims, adding and removing cars from your policy, taking payments over the phone and through the drop slot at our office. As always, we're available to prepare quotes and bind insurance policies for your continued insurance needs.
This decision is intended to minimize the risk of exposure to the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) for all our loyal customers, their families and the employees and families of Edwards & Gaddy Insurance.
