Do you really need a business plan?
Writing an organized business plan dramatically increases your odds of succeeding as an entrepreneur. A good business plan can help:
provide an estimate of your start-up costs, and how much you'll need to invest or finance
provide a revenue estimate and defining your market— who your customers will be
anticipate potential problems so you can solve them before they become disasters

You can also fill Ziploc bags three-quarters full of water and stack them standing upright in your freezer. This will help keep your freezer cold longer in case of a power outage and also provide an additional supply of fresh drinking water if needed.
