We make our green chili from a mix of Pueblo Chilis and New Mexico Chili. The recipes have not changes since the restaurant started in 1934. Our red chili is geared more towards flavor instead heat. Your stomach will groan for more, not because you were stuck on the the throne regretting your decision to eat at El Charro. We are probably one of the oldest restaurants in the state of Colorado still operating.
Our hamburgers are hand made. Not one of them is the same. Its not the frozen biscuit you get from McDonalds or other restaurants. WE don't use preservatives because we actually sell our food the same day we cook so everything is fresh.
We are an old fashioned restaurant that takes pride in our business, service to our customers and food quality. Portions are healthy, filled with flavor and should not disappoint.
