I worked with Elaine in 2016 when she sold me my first house in the Fort Myers area. In 2019, she sold this same house for me and found a new home for me to buy in Cape Coral. Elaine is remarkable in her ability to learn what buyers want and find that in the real estate inventory. As another rater noted, she does not push for a sale and truly wants her clients to be content with their purchase. Elaine works diligently for sellers and considers their interests first and foremost. She is extremely knowledgeable about each property she shows along with knowing important facts about the communities. She kept me informed about issues for these sales that showed how hard she worked in the background. She was persistent with others in the process to make sure things occurred on time. Her patience, humor, and intellect are outstanding traits that make working with her a delight. If I could give her 10 stars, I certainly would do so. I highly recommend Elaine without any reservations whatsoever.

This is the fourth property for which I used Elaine as my real estate agent. Her knowledge and honesty are remarkable. With 20 years experience, it is no wonder that she understands almost all of the nuances of the many communities in the area. For those rare questions for which she does not have an answer, she immediately researches it and then presents you with a detailed answer with which you can make an informed decision. She does not push you into a sell or any portion of the contract in which you may feel regret later. My comfort level with her is extraordinary and I am sure you will experience the same.
