"We met Brad Elam because Elam Real Estate has a good reputation in the Murfreesboro, TN area. At first, we just wanted to compare Elam Real Estate with other realtors before we chose who we were going to go with. But, Brad was on the top of his game and showed a commanding understanding of the Murfreesboro housing market, so we decided to stick with Elam Real Estate without looking further. The market is hot, and he knew exactly how to position us to best build interest in our property. He sent his coordinator out to show us how to stage the house and we followed her suggestions to a tee. The photographer he sent out once the staging was done was very skilled and the pictures were amazing! The first weekend, we had 15 offers and Brad's experience was self evident as he selected the top three he felt would take us all the way to closing. He knocked it out of the park with all the bases loaded by calling the right suggested selling price when first listing. He then interpreted the offers correctly and positioned us for success by navigating us to the best buyers that had the correct financing options which complemented the appraisal of the home we were selling. **NEW WINTER STORM WARNING JUST ISSUED**
Just in from the National Weather Service in Nashville ⬇️
A new Winter Storm Warning has just been issued for all of Middle Tennessee for tonight and tomorrow. Look for snow to begin moving in this afternoon and last the night and well into Thursday before tapering off. Most places will fall into the 2-4" snowfall range for this event. In addition, light accumulations of freezing rain are also possible. What makes this winter storm so hazardous is that we aren't starting off fresh. Most of Middle Tennessee remains covered in ice and snow from the last event, so what we receive going forward will be added on to what's already there. So our travel difficulties are going to be prolonged, unfortunately. To add insult to injury, temperatures will drop back into the teens Thursday night and again Friday night.
