Established in 1960 by Kerm Eland, Dale Bartelt joined Eland Agency in 1976 as an agent. Eland Agency was purchased by current owners Dale and Julie Bartelt in 1980. Other staff members include Janet Baird, Sandra Johnson, Deb Talley and Shane Hunold.
