Tried a new thing today, reverse sear tri-tip. I will do it this way every time from here on out! Everything from the rubs, charcoal, charcoal starter, smoking woods, can be purchased from Eldridge Fencing. Them guys have everything you could imagine to get your bbq/grilling jobs done.
Yesterday, we lost one of Eldridge Fencings very own, our Spartan. Although it was hard to say goodbye, we know that it was his time to go. Spartan was the best dog a family could ever ask for, a great big dog brother to Cooper and the best companion/hunting dog a man could have. Billy and Spartan made a great team, Spartan listened, Billy trained and that’s how we got the wonderful dog we had, Billy would say “that’s all Spartan, that’s the dog he was when I picked him up”. ❤️ I know a lot of our customers loved getting greeted by this wonderful old dog and it’s with great sadness we say goodbye to our everyday welcome from him. We hope you enjoyed him throughout the years as much as we have. He wasn’t just any old dog, he was the greatest dog and he will be missed greatly.
If you have any memories of Spartan you would like to share, please comment below, we would love to hear the things you have to say about our boy.
The time we have with our dogs is never enough. We get them for their whole lives and only get to love them for a short time of ours. That time will be cherished. We love you Sparto.

Ran some steaks tonight for Jax. He said this is the reason we lost last week was because we didn’t have steaks last week. So better have some this week!

Wasn’t able to fix steaks last night for Jax game tradition. So we decide to do a flat iron this morning for steak breakfast burritos befor his game today.
