At your initial evaluation, we review your health history and discuss the problem which has brought you to physical therapy. Your therapist performs a physical evaluation related to your symptoms or dysfunction, and reviews the findings with you. Together, we will set goals and design a progressive treatment plan to help you achieve those goals.
