We believe maintaining a sense of home essential, especially now. So, to best serve you in keeping your home a comfortable place to shelter, we created a simple process for completing non-emergency work orders (a.k.a service requests) while still following recommended social distancing practices.
For all non-emergency work orders that are currently pending (or are submitted in the coming weeks) and eligible for our DIY options, a member of our onsite staff will be reaching out to discuss your options in more detail and if you choose to take us up on this DIY approach, we'll set up a time to drop off supplies.
