Teacher Appreciate Week is in full swing at our office! When you come in for your appointment, write a letter of encouragement to the teachers of Werner Elementary to lift up their spirits. Letters will be at the front desk ready to be written, just grab one and return it to us when completed! They will be hand delivered to the teachers at the school, and we are excited to bring them some light and encouragement from us here at Elevate!

👩🏼‍🏫 At Elevate Chiropratic, we are on a mission to spread 𝕖𝕟𝕔𝕠𝕦𝕣𝕒𝕘𝕖𝕞𝕖𝕟𝕥 and 𝕥𝕙𝕒𝕟𝕜𝕗𝕦𝕝𝕟𝕖𝕤𝕤 to the teachers who are educating our kids during these different times. Selah turns three this week and Noelle is (already) 2 months! They love being active, exercise, and making really anything happen. Whether it's a new idea to bring to a market, a new recipe, or getting outside on adventures with the family, they do it all! Elise is a full time mama, and in her professional work time, she runs a women's health and wellness toxin free living group @MamaforHealth. They both love educating and encouraging people in all things abundance and vitality. In Dr. Dan's free time, he loves to be outside with his girls and dog, trying new restaurants, archery shooting and hunting, and the occasional round of golf with good friends.
