Our studio specializes in Vertical Training on the Fitwall, Yoga and Tai Chi. We offer group and one-on-one personal training and group sessions and classes. We are offering Fit Camp and yoga classes taught outside on our lawn under the shade of the oak trees, and various wellness workshops offered monthly. Once a week we also offer Music programming and yoga for children. Our Family Fitness programs are taught 5 days a week allowing us to serve a diverse group of people, aging from 7-73! Our students vary and come from all walks of life...athlete to stay-at-home moms, retirees to marathon runners looking to gain strength and increase agility. With the classes offered at our studio, our students improve their lives, which allow them to garden, paddleboard, or run again after regaining their strength and decompressing their joints.
