Hello to the Academy community. I want to take a moment to outline our approach to the Corona virus. We absolutely intend to remain open. And as we remain open, we also intend to remain absolutely vigilant.
The entire Academy faculty is being extremely careful about keeping everything as clean and hygienic as possible. We are using disinfectant wipes and sanitizing everything from music stands to doorknobs to surfaces in common areas, at least several times per day, and in many cases (such as with pianos and music stands) after every lesson. I truly believe our continued care will help everyone to remain safe.
If you or your child happen to be feeling any symptoms, the wise course is to play it safe -- just let us know you won't be able to come in. To further this end, we are suspending our attendance policy with respect to illness-based absences. Again, just play it safe. Faculty will, of course, do the same.

A final point: with so much anxiety, so much tension in the world right now, I am hopeful that the positive outlet that the study of music provides will be a beacon to our students and families. In the face of so much negativity, I am honored that the Academy is in a position to offer a welcoming setting in which students can experience something joyful, something soothing, something beautiful. And I am deeply grateful for your continued support in this endeavor.

"I have been playing guitar for about 15 years, all self-taught, but about a year ago I started to want to be able to do more with the guitar and found the options to learning on my own overwhelming and found myself to be a poor teacher. I was lucky enough to google instructors near me and found the Elite Academy of Music and Motion. I called and a extremely friendly man named Damien answered the phone. That man has changed my life for the better.
As it turns out, Damien is a phenomenal guitarist with an extensive repertoire featuring a myriad of different styles.
Damien Bonazzoli is also an amazing instructor with a deep well of experience in music and music education. Damien is a thoughtful teacher who has enriched my musical life, broadened my horizons, and has been nothing short of enthusiastic about my personal desires in music and has striven to show me the path towards my goals. The list of musical revelations is countless and each lesson is engaging, insightful, challenging, and, most importantly, fun. Electric, acoustic, rhythm, lead, jazz standards, improvisation, scales, music reading, chord structure, finger-style, music theory. Damien Bonazzoli has a treasure trove of musical knowledge and he is humble and eager to share the spoils of his years of mastery.
In addition, regarding the recent debacle of COVID-19, Damien has been extremely flexible with regards to the format of lessons. I have been taking my lessons online for almost eight months and all the while the stellar instruction have continued. Remote or in person, Damian is an excellent instructor who takes teaching to heart.
