We believe that our customers want and need education about their homes, the problems that may exist, and about the best ways to take care of those problems. John is an expert in his field of sniffing out the problems and providing options for the best fix, and providing homeowners with that much needed education about home construction and why problems exist. Sometimes a full replacement may be required, say of siding, and sometimes the issue can be fixed with just a partial replacement. We are able to work with a wide variety of budgets to accomplish a desired end.
John will give a free assessment of your home, providing free exterior design services for customers who oftentimes are confused about where to begin with the exterior of their home, and how they would like it to look. Customers can look at hundreds of before and after photos to see other homes Elite has remodeled and get ideas.
Because the company is a small business with a big heart and few employees (thus less overhead), we are able to offer customers very reasonable and competitive pricing. Financing options are available, although we always suggest to our customers that they check with their credit union (or consider becoming a member) because they generally offer the best rates. Many of the in-house financing options available charge such high rates that we do not believe in affiliating ourselves with those services.
