I have spent the past 5 years in the fitness industry educating myself on the body and the effects from exercise on the body. I have tried nearly every training mode from powerlifting, to crossfit. I believe in functional fitness, education, intensity, and blending as many modalities of training as possible. I teach my clients about core lifts, and then branch out into olympic lifts and compound movements and then how to isolate and sculpt muscles in the body as well. I generally include HIIT style workouts into most of clients' program design as well for a healthy metabolism, and quick results.
I have also spent the past 5 years researching the importance of nutrition both in textbooks as well as applying it to my own diet. I believe you cannot out train a bad diet and you are quite literally what you eat! Knowledge and education on both fitness and nutrition will lead someone to a happier, healthier and more fulfilled life. My objective is to show people how good it is to feel healthy and be strong in the mind as well as the body.
