Currently hiring crew leader positions for landscape installation operations. The job duties include planting trees and shrubs, equipment operation, installing sod, seed, erosion control materials, drainage solutions, grading, and other aspects typically involved in the trade. Looking for motivated individuals with the mindset of providing the highest level of quality of service in the most efficient manner possible and driving profitability in all daily activities.
Job requirements:
3 years minimum as crew leader in same or similar job position
References to support experience
Valid Tn Drivers License
Ability to micro manage and problem solve efficiently with minimal supervision
Ability to communicate with customers
Ability to operate machinery such as trenchers, excavators, skid steers, dump trailers, large trucks etc.,
Must be able to tolerate the daily elements of the seasons we work in while working long weeks and long hours
Must be punctual and professional
Must have dependable transportation to and from work daily
