I've had a long career in nursing since graduating college and worked in many areas including the Peace Corps in Sierra Leone in West Africa, Home Health, Hospice, and then furthered my education as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Working in family practice and rheumatology as an NP, patients expressed a desire to know more about alternatives to the standard approach.
