We are excited to share that the River District Development Zone 1 Project begins October 1, 2020. More information about the River District project is available https://www.elkhartriverdistrict.com/.
It is anticipated that this phase of the project will last about a year.
Parking on the south end of the lot at Elkhart Health & Aquatics is impacted, and you’ll note the map below that shows how traffic in and out of the lot will flow. Traffic in the pass through lane of the parking lot will be one way, to the east.

"My time training with Carly was time very well spent as coming from someone who knew very little about training for fitness. She had every, session planned out minute by minute. A Les Mills Virtual Class
Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together.
All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout, trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

A Les Mills Virtual Class
RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session.
With great music pumping your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.
It’s a journey, not a race!

Beacon Best Medicine - Joint Venture (Arthritis Fitness)
Ms. Conrad has helped me make permanent life changes for better health.
She has been my Fitness Instructor for the Joint Venture II, Warm Water Therapy Pool sessions for the past 2 ½ years now. As a Physical Education Major myself, I have come to appreciate the knowledge that Coach Conrad has developed with regards to warming-up, stretching, strength training, cardio vascular exercise, and guidance in diet & nutrition. She has the unique ability to motivate me and the rest of the group in order to improve our performance daily, increasing core strength for balance and focus, with energy and flexibility. Coach Conrad instructs us in the proper technique and proper alignment to insure a safe workout. All while understanding my, and the groups’ limitations. Without intimidation, her attitude, dedication, enthusiasm and patience to what she does is exceptional.
In the future I will continue to enroll in the Best Medicine/Joint Venture Program; in conjunction with the other loyal and devoted Wellness & Fitness Coaches.

If you're new to resistance training, this program is for you!
You'll spend 4 weeks going over resistance machines and performing basic lifts with dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands and more. Our fitness specialists go over how to perform exercises safely, even for those with joint limitations.
