Ellen Shaffer has been in banking since 1982 in Richmond as a branch manager and later moved into an area management position. In 1996, she took some time to raise her two boys and later returned to banking in 2013 as a teller and was promoted to branch manager in 2014.
Ellen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from William and Mary. She volunteers in the children's ministry at her local church and with YoungLives Metro-Richmond.
