Dentists gradually returning after months of limited emergency procedures
To our valued patients,
EMA Dental will start a phased reopening of elective dental care later this month. Over the past week all remaining administrative and clinical staff were recalled back to our offices for training of new safety protocols in preparation for this next phase of reopening. Our dental hygiene teams will be returning next week for additional safety protocol training prior to them seeing patients later this month. As many others grapple with how to return to their businesses, we at EMA have been laser focused on how our new normal will be and have prepared accordingly.
It is our feeling that the present crisis provides a unique opportunity to reimagine how we can work safely, more efficiently, and provide the highest level of dental care available. Since your safety will always be our first priority, we have put together layers of protection that go well beyond what is being recommended by state and federal agencies. We are thinking through every aspect of the delivery of dental care from stretching clinical hours, pre-appointment confirmation protocols, pre-treatment financial arrangements, and more efficient multi procedure appointments.
To be sure the task in front of us is immense with so many delays for patients’ needs and rescheduling. Please bare with us, our administrative team is working hard to rearrange schedules and accommodate everyone. Be assured any patient who is in need will be triaged and cared for appropriately, we are here for all of you. For many of you who are now overdue for your dental preventive hygiene care we will be expanding our hours and hiring new staff in an effort to accommodate your needs. Together with our amazing staff we are confident that EMA will emerge stronger and even more prepared to address the worlds challenges. We look forward to seeing all of you again soon!
