Dear Emackwestfield Customers,
Firstly let us thank you for the wonderful happy memories serving Emack and Bolio’s ice cream to all that came to our parlor over the past three plus seasons. Yesterday a new ice cream parlor owner took over our lease at 258 E. Broad Street and Emackwestfield is now permanently closed.
We will miss being a part of this lovely town and wish the new owner and all of Westfield a wonderful and bright future. While this is a permanent goodbye, we remain always,

As promised we have started offering 1,2, and 3 scoop servings as there is more walk around traffic in town and the weather has been wonderful.
As owner of this delightful business I am saddened to report that I've decided to try and find a new owner/operator of Westfield Creamery featuring Emack & Bolio's ice cream. We have posted the "Business For Sale" signage on our East Broad Street front window along with my letter to our much loved customers. It's the virus and my age, which places me in the high-risk group, that tell us a new owner is needed.
I hope you all can come to our shop over the next several weeks and enjoy some Emack & Bolio's ice cream. Your loyalty and patronage have motivated me and will certainly motivate a new owner to replace me.
