Skills and Qualifications:
Mechanic/Fleet Maintenance
Ideal applicant will have prior experience, demonstrated skill in maintenance and repair of construction equipment Excavators, Backhoes, Dozers, Graders, Compaction Equipment, Skid Steer Loaders, Dump Trucks, Equipment Trailers, Pickups and Small Tools.
Ability to work independently, organize, schedule and perform maintenance on equipment and vehicles. Knowledge and skills to adjust brakes, clutches. Experience with repair of hydraulic and electrical systems.
Keep a clean and organized shop.
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
Prefer applicant to have Oregon Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with air brake and combination vehicle endorsements and current medical card. Employer would expect the applicant to obtain CDL within 3 months of employment and would help with training.
Pre-employment physical, drug testing, and driver's background check will be required.
