Natalia Tilki, DO, has been providing expert eye care at Emerald Eye Center in Encino, California, since 2006. After earning her medical degree at the Moscow Academy of Medicine in Russia, Dr. Tilki moved to the United States, where she continued her medical training at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency in ophthalmology at Midwestern University in Chicago.
Dr. Tilki continued her training with a fellowship in cornea and refractive surgery at Louisiana State University and a residency in eye microsurgery at the Moscow Research and Technology Complex, where she studied with Dr. Svyatoslav Fyodorov, a pioneer in refractive and cataract surgery.
