He describes himself as goofy, loyal, and honest. Ryan says he turns his bad day around by talking to his wife, he reminds himself about humility, and remembers his Pop’s lessons. With all this rain we wanted to give you a friendly reminder to check your sump pump.
You can check your sump pump by filling the pit with enough water to turn the pump on and watch it pump the water out.
Check your Sump Pump Check Valve. After you watched your sump pump, pump the water out when the pump shuts off you should see minimal water come back into pit. Also, the pipe above the check valve should have water in it. If you notice too much water coming back in or there is no water in pipe above the check valve, then there may be an issue with your Check Valve.
Check downspouts / gutters make sure there are no debris, birds’ nests, leaves, etc., and the water is draining at the end of that drain where it discharges.

Everybody loves a hot shower when they wake up to warm themselves on these chilly mornings. The only problem is they fog your mirror up! We tried a hack on this bathroom mirror to prevent fogging and it worked!! All you need is some shaving cream. It is a bit messy. Once you get the mirror cleaned up from the shave cream you are good to go. So far this mirror is on week 4 of just 1 application and it is doing great!

Our hearts go out to the family and friends of William Hanning Jr. William was the biggest fan of the Emergency Plumbing Service softball team. He would often stop in to see us in our office and bring us cinnamon rolls from the Hamburger Inn. William brought joy, happiness and laughter to all of us. He will be sorely missed by everyone.

With her knowledge, experience, organization, willingness, loyalty, communication & positive attitude, Jessica offers so much to Emergency Plumbing Service (EPS) and all of us individually pretty much from behind the scenes. Willing to do anything anytime anyone asks and always with a positive attitude. She is always paying it forward and never expecting recognition. She truly represents and is the perfect example of our core values. She does the jobs of about 6 people while only being part time.
She has went out for oncall jobs on the spur of the moment to be a team player when EPS was in a pinch.
We called her at 7pm to pick something up on the fly to have it here for the next morning. She handles marketing stuff, decorating the office, pretty much anything we have with food & fun, it’s because of her. You can thank her for the last couple annual parties.
She is the Christmas fairy. She delivers all of the cups to customers. She is the face of the company being the 1st to talk to & meet possibly new family member as she interviews them. She has picked out some amazing ones as well. She does so much more than I can list out. She is the Swiss Army Knife of EPS. Jessica, we hope you know how much you are appreciated by all of us.
