The broker is contracted to provide and bear the cost of: all supplies, preparation of space and merchandise, pricing of all items, personnel required to conduct the sale in an efficient manner, final reductions, advertising prior to and during the sale, any specialized appraisals, collection of all monies, and furnish the seller with a copy of all sales book receipts. Payment to seller is made in the form of a cashiers check within ten days from close of sale.
