When asked about what he sees in industrial development within the next 3-5 years Jimmy stated, “We see these development trends not only continuing, but growing...the biggest concern for us is the support...Can we physically support the amount of growth that needs to happen?”

Last night, our Flint Street Reconstruction project was recognized by the Design-Build Institute of America for the exemplary use of design-build best practices and was honored with a National Merit Award. Partnering with McClure Engineering, our teams worked side by side to design and construct a successful project for the City of Shawnee, KS Government.

A look at the numbers for our Santa’s Work Crew Christmas light event last weekend at our home office!
1 Santa Claus on a boom lift
1,300 cars full of visitors
1,462 lbs. of food for The Food Bank for Central & Northeast Missouri
And $4,000 donated to the Voluntary Action Center Holiday Family Program, all thanks to our community!
We’re proud to be part of a community that cares about one another — especially after a year like 2020. Thank you to everyone who visited Santa’s Work Crew and donated to organizations making a difference in Missouri! Happy holidays!
At #ESS we are always exploring the different ways we can help our employee-owners discover new opportunities! Ray Grimsley, Trevor Boone, Adam McDowell and Ryan Paszt are currently taking full advantage of the extra training by spending two weeks elevating their skill set.
One week spent at Wirtgen Asphalt Mills honing their electronic and hydraulic skills on their asphalt milling machine pictured below, and one week in North Carolina learning about CAT asphalt pavers. Nice work guys!
