Requirements:
Educational requirements include a college degree in mechanical engineering or closely related disciplines. Must have at least 5 years experience in mobile equipment service and maintenance and possess good administrative, personnel, and overall communications skills. Verifiable work experience will also be considered.
Prefer a CDL A license so they can do safety checks and DOT inspections. 2 ASE’s are needed and a State mechanic license is required.

Requirements of the Project Manager and Project Engineer position
● Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or four years project management/coordination experience
● Two years of Construction Manager experience or in a similar position in Construction Management
● Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
● Able to manage a team of employees and multiple projects

● Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met
● Create, execute, and manage subcontract agreements
● Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
● PLUS: Ability to perform the tasks of a cost estimator
