After spending 78 days in the hospital, Moses was transferred to Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Western Massachusetts. At the start of his 13-day journey with us, Moses required physical assistance and a wheelchair for mobility. At the end of his 13-day stay, Moses was discharged home at an independent level with all daily tasks and mobility. Congratulations, Moses!
