Dear Patients and Families of Endwell Family Physicians,
As the COVID epidemic picks back up in the Southern Tier, we know you are impacted in many ways. Many of you have questions for yourself and your family, and our providers and staff are dedicated to responding to your needs and concerns.
Please be mindful that call volume is at an all-time high. We know that the reasons for this are important, and so we ask for your patience. We are committed to providing the same high level of care we always have for you and for all of our patients. At this time, phone call wait times are longer than usual as our staff handle the extraordinary increase in calls while also continuing to COVID screen all patients to protect you and all of us here.
If you have not already joined the patient portal, it offers the opportunity to directly message the office from your computer or mobile phone without waiting on hold. We urge you to take advantage of this option, as it will shorten your wait times and help decrease phone call volume.
We also want to thank you for your continued kindness. Our providers and staff are facing many of the same stresses and demands of parenthood, schooling, and public health that you are. We have been amazed by the generosity of spirit that so many of you have shown to us and each other during this pandemic. It reaffirms our faith in our community and in what we strive to do here every day for one another and for you.

Effective Monday, October 5th Endwell Family Physicians will be scheduling appointments for our patients in our Respiratory Clinic. We are here to help. Don't delay, call today.
