Energeia combines running, stair climbing and a variety of innovative athletic conditioning drills to increase cardiovascular strength, endurance, adaptation and recovery. Our innovational program design integrates short intervals of high intensity plyometrics with upper body and lower body resistance, horizontal core conditioning, agility and flexibility training drills. We incorporate diversity in our program design to maximize the metabolic and after burn effects* of exercise while overcoming the “stress adaptation response” which is what happens when your body plateaus, stops improving or gets used to one routine or one intensity.
Every Energeia Boot Camp program is designed for maximum results. The average participant will burn between 600 and 1300 calories in a typical Energeia Boot Camp class and post exercise.
