During the early days of the Covid quarantine, everyone started working from home (besides the essentials: sales reps, service and install techs and a few others) so our luncheons had to come to a temporary end.
These luncheons had been a time to get our team together to just say "thanks" for all the hard work they do that may seem to go unnoticed some days. Our team works hard and long hours in the heat and the cold to make sure we are keeping our communities comfortable and safe. For health reasons, many people and businesses depend on HVAC and we were/are thankful to have the honor of being essential workers during this uncertain time. This month, we felt it would be a great opportunity to have a lunch again for our team who so deserves it. Thank you Rex Mayhand for the pork chops, Country's Barbeque for the sides and pies, and Candy Mayhand for the banana pudding. You guys are the real MVP's. It was so delicious and it was a sense of normalcy, even with face masks. Also, thank you to our service area communities for continuing to call Energy Savers so we can employ some awesome folks year after year and even during such crazy times! We can't say thank you enough!

Qualifications and Skills needed:
• A current EPA certification. Nate certification is a plus.
• Minimum 2-3 years of residential HVAC experience with strong focus on customer service.
• You must be able to lift 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, and work in small spaces.
• Be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills for HVAC maintenance, repair of systems, and equipment.
• Ability to pass a drug test, physical, motor vehicle record check, and background check.
• Have a valid driver’s license with good record.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Be professional, positive, and have a helpful attitude at all times.
