Dylan diligently went through the specs of the purchased material in advance to ensure it would be compatible and gave recommendations/suggestions for better alternates where needed. Getting your system accurately diagnosed is important. The photo below is a section of ductwork that was taken out of a home. This should be a rectangular shaped box. We dented it pulling it out, but you can see the bottom section is rusted and completely gone. When this customer called another company saying that she had a musty smell in her house, they sold her a duct cleaning. When that didn’t solve the problem, she called us and this is what we found.
