Energycalcs.net is an independent energy calculation company owned by Maggie Sims, a certified RESNET (Residential Energy Services Network) HERS Rater and has been in business since 2011. Co-Owner Gary Altman, has been in HVAC and building industry for 50 years. He is currently a Florida licensed AC Contractor, who is also DET Certified (Duct and Envelope Testing), certified to conduct blower door infiltration testing and duct leakage testing for indoor air quality consultations and energy audits. Gary is also a current member of BOAF (Building Officials Association of Florida).
