Because here’s the truth...
We are biologically designed to take the path of least resistance.
Our body’s greatest desire is to REST.
It doesn’t want you to improve.
It doesn’t want you to get stronger.
It’s literally working AGAINST you and your goals!
So the question is .. who’s going to win?
Will you listen to the voice of your body and take the path of least resistance?
Or will you take charge and have discipline to do it anyway because YOU KNOW that overcoming resistance leads to growth?
Resting might offer short term gratification but it also usually leads to long term regret.
Don’t get me wrong .. in some cases you will legitimately NEED rest...
And if that’s the case - take it.
