DON'T BE FOOLED! Unfortunately scammers don't take a holiday break. We've had reports of scammers spoofing Ent phone numbers and/or texting members to attempt to gain personal information.
Security Scott reminds you to follow these rules to help keep your information safe:
✔️We will not use "Ent Federal Credit Union" or "ENT Credit Union" (we don't use the word "federal" or all caps)
✔️Always call our main number (800) 525-9623 to double check an unsolicited message to check validity, do not call the number in the text/email
✔️Remember that Ent will NEVER ask you for:
- PIN number
- Online banking username and password.
- CVV2 code
- Full Social Security number
- Verification code
