Today, we have a very special Meet the Staff Monday. We would like to introduce Deanna Flaitz, who has been the Executive Director at Pinehurst in Honeoye Falls since 1999. Deanna was recently awarded the Loren J. Ranaletta Award of Honor during our annual Recognition Week. The award is given to somebody who demonstrates the same visionary leadership of ESLC President and CEO, Loren Ranaletta, and Deanna has done nothing short of that in the last year. She has stepped in as a server in the dining room, a housekeeper for residents apartments, and a receptionist at the front desk. Deanna is a servant leader who wouldn't ask her employees to do anything that she wouldn't be willing to do herself and she has inspired them all to work harder, and care for their residents more deeply. Congratulations to Deanna, we are all happy to know you and to call you our friend.
