The first phase in Chiropractic care is often relief care, which reduces or eliminates your pain and symptoms. Some may believe there is no need for further treatments, however, at Epoch Chiropractic we strive to correct the problem, not just treat the symptoms.
The second phase is corrective care, the most important step needed to restore, heal, and prevent symptoms from recurring. Your condition will determine the amount of treatments needed to complete the healing process. To help improve and accelerate the healing process you can perform certain exercises at the clinic, or in the comfort of your own home.
Once the corrective phase is successfully completed, the patient can then move into the maintenance phase, the final step in reclaiming ones heath.
