On-Call - Onsite Auction Cataloging Listing/Inspection/Removal Supervision
This job will be helping our onsite auction coordinators with the various processes of conducting an online auction. This position will require the applicant to work in a variety of different places as each auction location will be different depending on where the auction is being conducted.
Creates auction inventory catalog and provide accurate descriptions of auction items. Takes attractive photographs as needed. Using listing app, assigns lot number to items and enters data into the system. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will also need to:
Picture/Catalog Auction using listing app/camera/laptop
Inspection Supervision
Removal Supervision
Help customers with preview and check out.
Requirements
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Excellent customer service skills.
Above basic knowledge of Excel/computers, at least average typing skills,
Excellent spelling skills.
Detail orientated.
Self-starter and results-oriented.
Ability to visually examine auction items and view the computer screen.
Proficiency in English to write accurate and appealing descriptions of items.
Comfortable working in a variety of environments
Ability to be flexible with schedule.
Ability to drive over 80 miles if needed. (Most work will be in the Kansas City area)
Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs.
Some Travel Required.
