Having spent the last 25 years in the financial industry raising capital for companies large and small. Our family decided it was time to settle down, and spend more time helping individuals. We chose to open our Stockbridge agency because for over 25 years I had the same agent, and I heard from them a total of zero times. I thought to myself that’s horrible customer relations. So, I decided to open an agency where customer service would be king and that customers wouldn’t just be a dollar sign to be gotten and forgotten. Customers choose to work with us for our family style customer service, ethics, and experience.
We believe that helping consumers learn about their existing policies and helping provide them with the coverage they really need to be protected is the most important role we fill.
Why because if they had spoken with us we could’ve provided them with piece of mind that they will need when disaster strikes and believe me it will sooner or later.
We also spend a lot of time giving back to the community such as donating to Wounded Warrior Project for every new customer we take on, and my work as a board member for the Henry County United Way Advisory board, where we help feed children and take care of homeless veterans. As a veteran of the US Navy I realize how important it is to give back to those that served and help those that can’t help themselves.
