As you are aware, the current state of COVID-19 discoveries is constantly evolving. With many local governments issuing self-isolation acts, it is important at Erickson Auto Trim, Inc. that we take extra steps to help eliminate exposure to our employees and customers as health and safety is our number one priority. We are now seeing areas mandating “shelter in place” orders for non-essential business. Many of our products could be considered “non”- essential but there are things that could be considered essential. These items would have to be attended by appointment only. We will implement temporarily a curb side service-only option for our store.
During this transition of curb side service, we have defined a process for our Office to follow in order to minimize disruption to our customers. The drive-thru process will be as follows:
1. We request that customers call the office thirty minutes before arrival and pre-pay with credit card. No cash or checks will be accepted at this time.
2. Once the customer arrives at the office location, call 920.731.7910 and we will bring it out to you. We ask that you identify where you wish the product to be loaded and open any doors. The employee will then load your vehicle DO NOT COME OUT OF YOUR CAR/TRUCK. This process will allow us to practice social distancing.
