On Oct. 5, Memorial Health System will open a clinic for existing Memorial Physician Services patients at MPS - Jacksonville West, located on the Passavant Area Hospital campus at 525 Westgate Ave. MPS - Jacksonville West will exclusively treat MPS pediatric and adult patients who are experiencing the symptoms of respiratory or other illnesses.
The clinic will provide screening and evaluation and offer a local option for care to patients who are experiencing symptoms, while ensuring the safety of our patients visiting the MPS - Jacksonville location. Patients should call the MPS - Jacksonville office at 217-243-0300 to schedule an appointment. MPS - Jacksonville staff will determine the appropriate location for your scheduled visit.
