We issue, and sign off on the Certificate of Compliance, needed by the LADWP for the City of Los Angeles, and a necessity to Close your Escrows! We also Certify properties throughout Los Angeles County, for the State of California's needed compliances; (Smoke Detectors, CO Detectors, and Water Heater Code Requirements.) We have many decades of experience with Residential & Commercial Construction, providing our services in working with and assisting the Real Estate community and their clients since 1991.
We are also called upon to perform various Restoration and Repairs stemming from the Physical Inspection Reports while a property is in Escrow.
