Dear Clients,
Thanks for checking in with us. We are committed to the safety of our staff and our families, our dear clients and the public and so for now our office remains mostly closed - we can process online orders for gift certificates and can prepare retail items (a variety of natural soaps, T-mint ointment, and Ain’t Buggin Me bug repellent spray) for pickup, but no services are being offered until we are able to open safely using the guidance provided by the CDC, state, federal and local governments.
We don’t have a reopening date to announce as of yet, but we will keep you informed.
We miss you! Please continue to follow the CDC’s guidance and stay safe!
We are staying closed for at least the rest of April. We will keep you updated as events unfold and will be so excited when we are able to reopen. Stay safe everyone!
Our temporary closure has been extended through April 7th since we are a business included in the mandatory closures for City of Cartersville. We look forward to serving you as soon as we are able. For now, we are under a shelter in place order.

Over the past few days the spread of COVID-19 has led many of us to question whether we should go to work, go to the store or go to a religious service. Some have postponed funerals or other important events, while others have shopped with the intention of staying in for awhile. We’ve seen event cancellations, restricted access to hospitals, school closures and more. Yesterday Les Sweeney, president of the Associated Massage and Bodywork Professionals released a statement indicating that precautionary measures may no longer be enough and strongly urging members to temporarily close to help ensure their own safety and that of their clients.
Here at Essential Kneads Inc. we support that decision. Up til now we have been increasingly vigilant with our cleaning and sanitizing efforts between customers... working hard to be that oasis from stress that is so necessary during these challenging times. But now we are making the decision to close temporarily through March 30th. We can still be reached by phone or text at (404)925-6519 and by email at eki@massagetherapy.com
